Gift
Certificate Refund Policy
It
is our policy that no refunds will be given for
purchased gift certificates. Salon certificates
may be transferred to another person or used to purchase
products, if desired.
Spa
Finder Gift Certificates need to be spent at one time,
there is no credit given for Spa Finder gift
certificates. They can be used to purchase retail or for
gratuities if desired.
Cancellation
Policy
Because
we reserve your appointment time especially for you, we
require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments
will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
This will apply to cancelled services while attending an
appointment.
We
request a Visa or MasterCard to hold your
appointment. This does not apply to salon issued
Gift Certificates unless the amount is less than the
services booked. If the appointment is
missed the gift certificate will be deducted according
to the cancellation policy above.
