How to Spa

In order to provide you with the most comfortable experience at the spa, we ask that you silence your cell phone upon arrival.  The use of soft voices is encouraged and children are not permitted in the spa. 

Our licensed therapists are trained to provide you with the most relaxing services possible.  If you are receiving a massage or a body treatment, you will be asked to undress to your level of comfort in the privacy of your treatment room.  We suggest completely undressing for these services, as you will be professionally draped at all times.  Disposable undergarments may be offered for some body treatments.  

Appointments and Reservations

Appointment reservations are secured with a Visa, MasterCard, gift certificate, or one of Oslo’s Series Packages.  However, at the time of check out, you may use the tender of your choice.   We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service time to allow for any necessary paperwork and to start relaxing before your service experience begins. 

In the event that you should need to cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required as a courtesy to our staff and other guests who may be able to enjoy your reserved time.  Missed appointments will be charged to the credit card or series package that is securing the appointment.  If you are running late, we will provide the service for the remainder of your scheduled time as a courtesy to our next guest.

Gift Certificate Refund Policy

It is our policy that no refunds will be given for purchased gift certificates.  Spa certificates may be transferred to another person or used to purchase products, if desired.  Spa Finder Gift Certificates need to be spent at one time, there is no credit given for Spa Finder gift certificates.  They can be used to purchase retail or for gratuities if desired.

Parking

There is no charge for parking in our parking lot.
